Lantek Communications was started in 2004 by Lance Papke, who is second generation in the telecommunications industry with over 28 years of experience. Lantek started as a structured cabling company installing and servicing voice and data cabling solutions in commercial applications. In 2011 Lantek began working in the outside plant fiber optic sector of the industry, rounding out our service offerings. In addition to specializing in all aspects of structured cabling we pride ourselves on our abilities in network cabling, aerial/underground fiber construction, splicing, terminating, OTDR testing, and all aspects of Fiber to the home and business. With our vast knowledge of security cabling gained over the years Lantek started a security and automation division in 2015 installing and servicing security systems, video surveillance, access control, and fire protection for commercial and residential applications. Lantek has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow and employ over 75 people with a fleet of vehicles reaching 60 and still growing.
