I provide consultation on Self-Provisioned fiber optic network design for K12 school districts. I can provide as little or as much assistance as a district needs, including assistance with the selection of an appropriate topology for the network, analysis of possible routes for the fiber, assistance with all aspects of the design, assistance with writing specifications for bidding the project, and assistance with analysis of proposals. I am a retired Technology Director (CTO) from a large school district in south Texas, familiar with eRate rules relating to self-provisioned fiber, have worked with districts in a number of states, and offer all services at a reasonable hourly rate.
