Synergy ECP is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business SDVOSB that was formed in July 2007 with Headquarters in Columbia, MD and is made up of talented, dedicated staff to provide a broad range of services in the National Defense Industry. We offer a SkillBridge employment training program in which service members use the experience and skills gained in the military primarily in IT, Cyber, and Network Infrastructure as foundational knowledge upon which to build toward meeting the requirements of their target post-military position. Participants work alongside our employees on projects that will enhance expertise and that will provide practical experience to meet the requirements of targeted positions in line with post-service employment goals.
