JC Communications was formed in August 2001 by Heather and John Chamberlain. Our primary line of work is in the communications and utilities construction industry focusing on Outside and Inside Plant construction. We have extensive experience in aerial, buried and underground utility construction, fiber optic cable placing, splicing, terminating and testing, and Cellular Antenna DAS construction and modification.

Today, JC Communications has two locations - Austin and San Antonio and employs ~70 employees. Those 70 employees are divided into divisions according to specialty: 6 aerial crews, 5 underground crews, 4 splicing crews and 2 DAS crews. The crews have access to a vast array of specialized equipment that ensures each is ready and able to respond quickly and correctly to the needs of the business.

JC Communications is also certified as a WBE, DBE and HUB organization.
