The Fiber Optic Association has developed curriculum guidelines for training course approval and only approves schools or training organizations meeting our standards. Schools or training organizations which offer training which meets FOA standards are listed on this website and are authorized to offer FOA certifications.

Southeast is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and offers a wide range of classroom and online course options through each of our five campuses in Cumberland, Harlan, Middlesboro, Pineville and Whitesburg. There is a campus near to you!
Southeast offers you a wide range of academic, technical and cultural programs to meet your needs. Our academic transfer programs offer Associate of Arts and Associate of Science Degrees that transfer very easily to four-year institutions.
We have certificate programs that fit together with your current employment so you can advance or open the door to a new career.
We also offer a wide range of cultural opportunities for you to engage in, such as community art and theater productions, while learning more about the history, culture, and traditions of southeast Kentucky and Appalachia.
