James Holbrook - Instructor, CFOS/I

Southeast Community College offers a comprehensive series of classes using a variety of specialized fiber optic equipment in extensive fiber optic lab sessions. We start with the 3 - day CFOT where students will learn basic installation techniques including how to install, test and certify fiber optic networks according to best industry practices.

Additional training is available following successful completion of the CFOT class - A 2 - day CFOS/S course covering advanced splicing and a 2 - day CFOS/T course covering advanced testing. Our FOA certified instructor (CFOS/I) "brings the field into the classroom” by focusing on real life experiences to prepare for a new career or for an experienced tech to advance their skills.

Classes can also be customized for client needs

BICSI CEU’s available for all these courses.
